Chip Fabrication

 

During chip fabrication, we select lithography processes and manufacturing workflows tailored to customers' requirements, including LED current, voltage, lifetime, and brightness. Throughout production, multiple monitoring instruments ensure process stability, including profilometers and film thickness meters. Each chip undergoes two full rounds of optical and electrical performance testing before being approved for storage, guaranteeing that every device meets strict specifications.

LED Packaging
