We specialize in the full-chain development and manufacturing of products ranging from chips and modules to complete systems. Innovation is at the core of UVLEDTEK's growth strategy. Our R&D strength is built on a core team of 10 PhDs and 17 Master's engineers, many with over 20 years of industry experience. We invest more than 20% of annual revenue in R&D, maintain close collaboration with leading universities, and have filed 357 patents, with over 50% granted. Supported by optical simulation and microbiological testing capabilities, we accelerate solution validation and continuous optimization.

Milestones

Since its establishment in 2015, the company has focused on entering sophisticated application fields, including optical fiber, offset printing, labeling, and LCD technologies.

2015

Successfully securing venture capital investment, the company achieved mass production of UV LED chips and devices while witnessing rapid growth in sales of lighting products.

2016

A strategic partnership was formed with a leading UV ink supplier to target the offset printing light source retrofitting market.

2017

The company pioneered a high-power LCD curing light source system, which was successfully installed and put into operation at a leading LCD panel manufacturer.

2018

Expanding into overseas markets, the company entered regions including Europe, Japan, Southeast Asia, and other countries and regions, achieving rapid growth in international sales. Additionally, it entered the home appliance market by securing partnerships with leading brands.

2019

The pandemic accelerated the rapid growth of the ultraviolet disinfection market. Shifting from chip development to direct engagement with end customers, the company began offering comprehensive solutions and one-stop product services.

2020

Strategic investment was secured from CFT Capital.

2021

Entering the new energy vehicle sector, the company began providing automotive-grade products and services to OEMs and obtained IATF16949 quality system certification. Investments were also secured from GT Capital and Lotus Lake Capital.

2023

The average WPE of UVC LED surpassed 13%, reaching internationally leading levels.
Entering the biopharmaceutical field, the company established a strategic partnership with Chemexpress, a listed company on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board (STAR Market). br>Winning the bid for large-flow water treatment equipment, the company is igniting the comprehensive replacement of mercury lamps with UV LED through revolutionary efficiency.

The Suzhou base is a semiconductor materials and advanced application R&D center, focusing on the development of wafer growth materials, photocatalytic components, and the design and manufacturing of oxygen-enriched systems.

The facility is a water treatment equipment and systems R&D and manufacturing base, focusing on equipment and system solutions with flow capacities from 0–50 L/min and 1–120 T/h.

Our laboratories provide comprehensive testing and validation from materials and devices to modules and complete systems, ensuring reliable performance, regulatory compliance, and data-driven product development.

Microbiology Lab

This microbiology lab integrates core equipment for aseptic operation, precision cultivation and standardized storage, building a full-process testing platform for microbiological analysis. It enables comprehensive verification for LEDs and module, covering the entire workflow from sample pretreatment, strain cultivation and efficacy analysis to organic component characterization, as well as the verification of microbial disinfection performance in both air and water environments. Adhering to standardized operating protocols and a closed-loop management system, the lab guarantees the rigor and reliability of test data across diverse application scenarios. It thereby delivers critical data support and dedicated R&D validation conditions for the development and certification of ultraviolet disinfection solutions.

Optical Experimental Platform

The optical experimental platform integrates advanced testing equipment to support comprehensive testing from material research to device evaluation. It provides reliable data support and R&D verification capabilities for fields such as photocatalysis, ultraviolet light sources, and biosensing. The platform enables quantitative and qualitative analysis of photocatalytic reaction products to assess reaction efficiency and selectivity. It also performs comprehensive measurements of key parameters for UV LEDs, including spectral distribution, irradiance, luminous efficacy, and spatial light uniformity. By simulating real-world environments and incorporating multiple detection methods such as optical and gas chromatography techniques, the platform validates the sensitivity, stability, and response characteristics of biological perception systems, gas sensors, and integrated system assemblies.

Reliability Lab

Our reliability lab conducts comprehensive testing and validation for LEDs and modules across optical, electrical, thermal, and mechanical evaluations. Through accelerated life testing, environmental simulation (thermal, humidity, corrosion), mechanical stress, and electrical robustness evaluation, we verify product durability and long-term stability under varied and extreme conditions. Our work supports reliability prediction, failure analysis, and design verification, delivering data‑driven insights for product improvement and qualification in accordance with international industry standards.
